Specialized I/DD Enhanced Supportive HOUSING (SESH)
Support Solutions, in partnership with MCOs, developed the unique SESH program tailored for individuals with dual diagnosis of I/DD and mental health, offering specialized services aimed at stabilizing diagnoses and facilitating transition to independent community-based living, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychosocial Rehabilitation by BCBA’s and RBT’s.
What is Specialized I/DD Enhances Supportive HOUSING (SESH)?
This program was created by Support Solutions in collaboration with the MCO’s specifically for persons with a dual diagnosis of I/DD and mental health. This is the only extension of services in existence today.
SESH services are intended to assist with stabilization of diagnosis and be transitional, to prepare individuals to live in an independent community-based setting or independent living. This is accomplished by using Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychosocial Rehabilitation by our BCBA’s and RBT’s.
